Fabritecture delivered a high-performance PVC membrane canopy system for the Mansfield Stadium Training Facility, creating durable, weather-protected spaces designed to support elite athletic performance and major event readiness.

Project Scope

Spanning approximately 4,400 m² (47,360 sqft) across two custom structures, the project included the complete supply, fabrication, delivery, and installation of structural steel trusses and 17 PVC membrane panels.
From engineering and materials to on-site erection and tensioning, Fabritecture executed a fully integrated lightweight roofing solution.

Design & Build Highlights

Fast-track installation
The PVC membrane panels arrived in large rolls and were installed using an innovative unroll method, significantly accelerating installation compared to traditional panel handling.

Clean architectural detailing
Custom flashings were engineered to remain visually smooth and fully integrated with the membrane, concealing fasteners and extrusions for a refined finish.

Durability meets openness
The TX30 IV PVC membrane delivers long-term weather protection while maintaining daylight penetration and airflow across the training zones.
