Four Standard spans.
Project-specific lengths. 15m, 20m, 30m, and 40m clear spans, with length configurable to your site. Standardisation drives faster engineering and more efficient material use, without sacrificing structural performance.
Adaptive clearance for any sport, court, or pool.
Three height options – 4m, 6m, or 8m – designed around the use beneath. Sized for everything from public shade to full-court basketball and competition aquatic facilities.
A curved roof that's working harder than it looks.
The barrel-vault geometry distributes structural loads efficiently while delivering a clean, contemporary form. Less steel, more daylight, no compromise on strength.
Open canopy or fully enclosed.
Default to an open-canopy structure for maximum airflow and natural light. Add doors, cladding, ventilation, insulation, and lighting to convert to a fully enclosed building when your structure needs change.

S355 hot-dip galvanised steel with a 50-year design life. Premium Serge Ferrari 702 | S2 PVC fabric with a 25+ year design life. Same materials, same warranties, same standards, applied to a structure sized for its specific job.

When fully enclosed, the Barrel Vault integrates with the Supa Span Adaptive accessory system, enabling expanded functionality and building performance.
For larger span requirements, Supa Span Adaptive systems provide expanded coverage and structural capability.
