The 2,700-square-meter (28,535-square-foot) project, highlighted by its breathtaking ETFE dome and conical Water Harvest Canopies, has garnered industry acclaim, including the 2024 ATA Outstanding Achievement Award in Tensile Structures by the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) and recognition at the 2024 LSAA Award of Excellence in Large Structures.
A Visionary Partnership
Fabritecture, a global leader in lightweight architectural structures, collaborated closely with Arkonin Architects to bring this remarkable project to life. The ETFE dome, selected for its ability to transmit natural light and UV radiation, creates a vibrant, illuminated interior, while the Water Harvest Canopies enhance both the visual appeal and the environmental functionality of the project.

With a tight 3-4 month project timeline compressed from the typical 7-8 months, Fabritecture redefined project delivery by implementing an agile and dynamic approach. Despite global challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the team efficiently managed a global network of inputs and components spanning Europe, Oceania, and Asia to deliver a structure of exceptional quality on time and within budget.
