WHERE DREAMS TAKE SHAPE

Pacific Fair Resort Roof

The Pacific Fair Resort Roof is a highly architectural design and construct contract awarded to Fabritecture by Westfield’s Scentre Group. The roof covers the resort area of the Pacific Fair Major Redevelopment on the Gold Coast, QLD.

Part of the $670 million redevelopment of Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast, the Resort Roof is a complex architectural PTFE Master Piece. The dia-grid ribbon ring roof is 360 lineal meter with crazy curvature throughout. The bright and airy roof incorporates an LED lighting system.

The structure has a complex 610m internal and external edge beam that dips and curves all around it’s perimeter, the structure’s rafters are fitted with programmable LED’s that when lit up can project extraordinary images and patterns through the PTFE Fabric membrane. 13114
