At Fabritecture, we’re very proud of our expert in-house rigging and installation team. Our site crew are an important component in enabling us to provide lower risk solutions and a competitive advantage for our clients. As a result of stringent work methodologies, our internal safety practices flow all the way from design and project management to installation.
The entire installation team is put through rigorous training. Combined with our methods, this has resulted in an exceptional safety track record. We’ve developed a strong reputation for excellence in the field, and our crew have some of the highest level of IRATA rope access training in the industry.

You can trust our installation team is reliable and well versed in a variety of specialised tools to provide a safer, more controlled environment. Our installation crew have all been with Fabritecture for a minimum of 5 years, and share the united vision of the company. Everyone is dedicated to improving productivity and efficiency, applying known techniques and proven methods to each job. The site crew have a reputation for collaborating well with other trades on site.

There are some long-standing friendships amongst the Fabritecture team. They travel together and work together. We have a crew of local and international culture, including Wales, New Zealand, Ecuador and Indigenous Australia. Our Operations Manager Justin came from an installation background, and has 14 years experience in the industry. Justin has installed, supervised and managed major installations of high profile membrane structure projects throughout Australia, India, Asia and the Emirates.

At Fabritecture, we are certified with an ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and are currently working towards achieving our AS/NZS 4801 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems certification.

Our rigging team is experienced at installing anything from modular structures to highly technical bespoke structures and turn-key projects.
